Collins Frazer Engineering Inc. (CFE) is an engineering firm specializing in Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Building Services engineering in residential, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities.  CFE was established in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada in 2001 and is currently owned by one shareholder, Thomas Collins, P. Eng..  Born and raised in Sarnia, ‘Tom’ has over 35 years of experience in the electrical construction industry and is backed by a staff of engineers and designers with a multitude of expertise, knowledge and education.   Our goal is to provide a variety of Professional Engineering Services to the public, corporate, industrial and private sectors.
